With warhouses located in Melbourne and sunny Noosa, we can ship our amazing scents, anywhere in the world.

How long does delivery take?
- FREE Australian Shipping: 8-12 business days.
- Australia Post Express: 5-7 business days.  
- USA & Canada:  12-20 business days. 
- Singapore: 10-18 business days.  
- Rest of The World: 7-20 business days.

Processing time: most items will ship within 2 business days, but could take up to 6 days due to the high volume of orders we receive! Orders placed after Friday 6pm EST will be processed the following Monday.

If you place an order using PayPal echeck, your order will be shipped out after the payment clears.

Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. 

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! If you selected the PAID TRACKED SHIPPING at the checkout, then you will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 8-10 business days before checking. If you do not see anything after 10 business days please contact us.
