Returns & Refunds

Please read through the contents of this page carefully and be sure you understand our policies clearly before completing your purchase-  You agree to the full terms of our Return Policy clearly listed below: 

Unlike most Fragrance companies we are proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept all returns for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange on orders placed in Australia until you find a fragrance from our collection that is to your liking. We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the Australia at this time due to international shipping regulations.

IMPORTANT: WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, RETURNS ARE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT ONLY IN THE FORM OF AN NOSTALGIA E-GIFT CARD. NOSTALGIA DOES NOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

- WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ON ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA AT THIS TIME DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REGULATIONS. OUR RETURN POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ORDERS PLACED WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- ONLY REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED. SALE ITEMS (ITEMS PURCHASED USING A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE) ARE FINAL SALE.

- Sale Items are still applicable for Exchange/Return for Store Credit As a part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

- The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund. ($8.95 per order)
ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE STATED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MONEY-BACK RETURNS.

- YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S).

- FRAGRANCE(S) MUST CONTAIN AT LEAST 95% OR MORE OF ORIGINAL LIQUID AND BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (BOX IN TACT)

- NOSTALGIA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT MAY BECOME LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN-TRANSIT. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR RETURN TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS.

- OUR RETURN POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO SAMPLES/TESTERS, AND/OR SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS (USING DISCOUNT/PROMOTION CODE) IN ANY QUANTITY. NO EXCEPTION CAN BE MADE HERE. A $4.00 RESTOCKING FEE PER BOTTLE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MONEY BACK RETURNS.

Cancellations Policy

All orders are processed as soon as you purchase and we can't cancel as they are already with our warehouse team and it's hard to stop the work flow and pull out individual orders- please make sure you want the product before ordering.

To start your return:

We will give you the return mailing address and advise the process. DO NOT send, until we have given you the correct address. 

Please ship your item back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns beyond this time! You will be responsible for shipping your item(s) back to us, and return shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Please double check postage details when returning your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and uploading the tracking information in our returns portal. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. 

I received the wrong item / damaged item:

- If your item (including final sale items) arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will send you a replacement free of charge! Please email us at (info@nostaglialove.com) to report the defect/damage within 7 days of receipt.

- The time limit for requesting a refund for a defective item is within 7 days of delivery. 

- If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you the correct item! We may send you a return shipping label for the incorrect item.

- Refunds/returns will not be provided due to customer error! Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes or descriptions of products, etc. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place another order for the new item.
